Important: The Company does not process the content located inside the Client’s VPS/server as “business need” data.
However, technical logs/metadata may be processed for security and service delivery purposes.
1. What Data We Collect
- Account data: first name/last name, email, phone, company (if specified), user ID.
- Billing/financial: invoices, payment status, transaction identifiers provided by the bank/PSP.
- Technical: IP addresses, device/browser data, access logs, security logs (best-effort).
- Support: ticket content and attachments, communication history.
- Cookies/Analytics: if used - functional and analytical cookies, depending on configuration.
2. Purposes and Legal Bases
- Service delivery: account creation, authorization, activation, provisioning.
- Billing/reporting: invoices, payments, outstanding balances, financial records (legal requirement).
- Security: fraud prevention, abuse investigation, incident localization.
- Support: technical assistance and issue resolution.
- Communication: service notifications (planned maintenance, security) and administrative notices.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
Data may be shared only within the scope of necessity:
- Payment providers/banks - for transaction processing.
- Upstream Providers (UGT/OVH/Vultr/Hetzner/Cloud9) - only to the extent necessary for service delivery, such as provisioning and DC operations.
- Authorities authorized by law - based on the law, upon proper request.
4. Retention Periods
- Billing/invoices: retained for the period required by law/accounting regulations.
- Technical logs: retained for a reasonable period for security and diagnostics; the period may differ by service type.
- Tickets: retained for service quality and dispute resolution purposes.
5. Security
- We use administrative and technical controls, including access control, logging, rate-limit, and security rules, on a best-effort basis.
- 100% security does not exist; in case of an incident, the Company acts within reasonable timeframes and according to priorities.

- access to your data / correction / deletion, where permitted by law
- restriction of processing / objection to certain processing, within the limits permitted by law
