Global VPS is a SERVER1-sold and supported VPS service available across multiple global locations, where the underlying infrastructure may be supplied by selected infrastructure partners.

With Unmanaged VPS, the OS, patching, firewall, software stack, and incident handling are your responsibility. With Managed VPS, SERVER1 performs the agreed administration scope.

Unmanaged VPS includes full root/Administrator access. On Managed VPS, the access model and operational responsibilities depend on the agreed Managed scope.

Backup is included with Managed VPS in Georgia. For other VPS products, backup is an optional add-on unless the selected plan explicitly says otherwise. Frequency and retention follow the plan terms.

Global VPS includes DDoS protection according to the infrastructure terms. On VPS in Georgia, protection may be available as an additional option on applicable products/configurations.

Availability depends on the specific VPS catalogue. Linux distributions are broadly supported; Windows availability depends on location, licensing, and the selected plan.

Yes. The migration plan depends on the source infrastructure, OS, applications, data volume, and acceptable downtime. Any managed migration scope is agreed in advance.

Scaling options depend on the selected product and location. In many cases you can move to a larger plan or prepare a new configuration with a controlled migration plan.
