1. Acceptance and status
Submitting a Partner application does not constitute automatic acceptance. SERVER1 reviews the company profile, services, market fit and partnership model. An accepted Partner starts at the Partner commercial tier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Founding Agency Partner is a separate recognition designation and does not change the commercial tier.
2. Commission and qualifying revenue
Standard recurring commission: Partner - 20% Hosting, 8% VPS, 8% Dedicated; Advanced - 25%, 10%, 9%; Strategic - 30%, 12%, 10%. Advanced requires at least 2,000 GEL Annual Qualifying Partner Revenue; Strategic requires 5,000 GEL.
Commission arises only from qualifying paid invoices. VAT, unpaid/refunded/cancelled invoices, chargebacks, free services, promotional credits and normally one-time/third-party costs are excluded unless separately agreed.
3. Deal Registration
An opportunity submitted through the Partner Portal initially has Submitted status. The recommended 120-day attribution protection begins only when SERVER1 confirms a qualifying opportunity with Registered status.
4. Client Protection
SERVER1 will not actively cross-sell competing agency services to protected Partner-referred accounts in order to bypass the Partner. This does not create customer lock-in and the end customer retains the right to choose providers.
5. Partner Directory
Directory publication is a separate administrative decision. A profile is public only in Approved + Active + Published state. Any later Partner profile edit goes through moderation; the previous approved version remains public until the new version is approved.
6. API / Wholesale
API access applies only to supported services/capabilities and depends on technical scope, security requirements and applicable terms. Wholesale pricing is negotiated separately and is not automatically the same as Referral Commission.
7. Semi-Annual Review and changes
Commercial Partner status is normally reviewed every 6 months. The review may consider Annual Qualifying Partner Revenue, active referred customers, payment status, retention, abuse/fraud indicators and relationship quality.
